Kick-Start

Lilly : too cold for roadwork, so it is off to the basement treadmill for a few miles and trax to set my thoughts circulating. Quite fancy a Meatball Melt for breakfast, too.

Ronnie : Surely she's not going out running in this weather . . I can feel the frost coming up thru this damn carpet . . either these socks have shrunk or my feet are swollen, too.
