pLusOne from Cheonan, South KoreaExcellent concept. 13 Apr 2008 9:20pm Andrew Gould from Sydney, AustraliaAnother clever idea you've come up with. Here, I'm refering to both the theme and the composition with the large background area for the least imposing object and vice versa. Well done... and enjoy your music, Lilly and Ronnie! 13 Apr 2008 9:24pm danthro from Suburbia, United Statesnice shots. i especially like the light, shadows, and color in L's shot. after seeing your alarm clocks, i'm not surprised that R is more concerned with lots of features. Yet again, L appears to be leading the simpler, more relaxed existence--but i could be wrong. 13 Apr 2008 10:25pm GJC from Kyoto, JapanSuperb composition this time. I like the way you've divided up the space, and the large "empty" space on "L" is very good. Compressing "R" to a narrow strip on the right side emphasizes the "busyness" of the choice and the large blank area on "L" really emphasizes the simplicity. Very good! 13 Apr 2008 11:19pm Earnest from Oklahoma, United StatesYeah, you could hear a pin drop... I just wonder what that black dot is on the right side. 14 Apr 2008 12:25am @Earnest: : Marion from Nanaimo, BC, CanadaI'd go the surround sound, because it just fills your senses.... great shot Ronnie. The question is .... will you ever run out of ideas? You amaze me. 14 Apr 2008 12:57am Ron from Saint Louis, United StatesOne of (if not) the best yet ... I'm still laughing. What a collection, Ronnie! 14 Apr 2008 12:58am Gary from Cochise County, United StatesYes, this is a good one... I like the contrast of subjects. 14 Apr 2008 1:52am dpm from Maalé, MaldivesDo you choose your headset according to the mood you might be in...just kidding 14 Apr 2008 5:27am e. from New York, NY, United StatesReally neat shot! I like how you departed from the normal half half proportions of your images. 14 Apr 2008 7:03am Garibaldi from Sala al Barro, ItalyIndeed 2 senses here: sight and hearing. Superb composition! 14 Apr 2008 9:16am Jennifer Radio from Statesville, United Statesfantastic once again! I love your half/half images. 14 Apr 2008 11:42am Rabbit from Richmond, United Statesi like the warmth of the left side of this photo. and just think as i was admiring all those different types of headphones R&L i realize i couldn't wear any of them. Well u know rabbits ears ;) but in reality i have such a little head that i can't wear the ones on the right or they just slide down and the ones on the left the ear bud part it to big for the inside of my ear. My first love is ceramics & seconds love is music. 14 Apr 2008 2:42pm Tracey from White Hall, United StatesGreat commentary to match a great picture. I always enjoy my visits! 14 Apr 2008 2:52pm Twelvebit from Victoria, United StatesYears ago, back in the VCR days, I wired our house so you could send/receive a signal to/from any VCR/TV to any other VCR/TV. So, for instance, if you were watching something in the living room, you could send it to the kitchen and keep watching while making dinner. I thought it was all pretty neat, but my wife said she just wanted a TV that came on when you pressed the button. 14 Apr 2008 3:02pm drphoto from Newcastle upon Tyne, United KingdomLol! A great example of the difference between two personalities =D) Nice composition with the image too. Dan 14 Apr 2008 3:35pm yiannis krikis from thessaloniki, Greecevery nice photos and great combination - I like the background color at the left image 14 Apr 2008 3:54pm lissa from new york, United Statesanother great pairing. it's always fun to visit this blog. 14 Apr 2008 11:53pm Nishana Minhaz from Calicut, IndiaLike I've said before, Ronnie seems to be such a perfectionist! I like the simplicity of the images. The different proportions of the pictures work well to achieve the effect. 15 Apr 2008 6:56pm Alfredo J. Martiz J. from Tokyo, JapanTechnology should make things simple and efficient, but what happens sometime is that we are bombarded with many products that promise to improve everything we do, and we start to get more and more and then, we forget about the main idea, in this case such a simple act of enjoying music. Great composition with a critical sense towards consumerism, strong message! 17 Apr 2008 12:22am dilip from Mumbai, Indiabrilliant concept and excellent framing ... !!! ... i love all the free space on the left ... great work as ever ... :) ... 18 Apr 2008 3:54pm Doug from Long Beach, United StatesThe sizing of the frames really works well with this. 20 Apr 2008 12:24am pedro alexandre from loures, Portugali gotta admire your imagination!!, it's always fun to see your work, i like your style and aprouch to photography!. 20 Apr 2008 2:50pm Amr Tahtawi from Cairo, Egyptwow, you keep impressing me with how u state the case. 22 Apr 2008 12:14pm MisfiredPixels from Durham, NC, United Statesi love this. all those headphones make for great choices... unless they keep you from enjoying the music. 2 May 2009 11:41pm |
