Thank you, Laurent. This image had us realizing that the two waters were, in fact, connected and so are our kitchen sinks . . that's an interesting thought !

Great photo, strong colors and good depth - we got the HDR feeling - but understand it is "just" post processing?
It is simple, effective and in a way sophisticated - Great work!

Cool... I enter in the picture on the left where the warm colors are and the yellows lines shows the way to go. Then I jump to the brigthest water on the other side but I couldn't reach the other side, I slip in the abysse in the middle of the picture...

Thanks, Jefster and All. This composite image is made from two river access points. Lilly shows a modern leisure platform and floating pontoon jetty while Ronnie has a detail from a stone slipway first used for a passenger ferry rowboat around 1650.

This is technically fascinating because it produces a sense of height or free floating. The funny thing is you were able to produce this effect without being physically higher. Well done!
