I think that this year many parents had to explain to their children that these white masses of snow are not necessarily harmful. :-)

Ha ha Puts it into perspective doesn't it! The snow is moving in again to parts of the North this week, so that will bring the UK's rail network to a grinding halt if more than three snowflakes fall!

I'm with Ronnie here, its been a hard winter for us Brit's once again; just the other day I thought a flake of snow fell, but it turned out to be a feather. Just make sure your equipped for the conditions.... you know leaves on the line, or the wrong type of snow...

Brings back memories when I went to London. I went fully prepared for snow & such and didn't get JACK. I had to buy lighter clothing because all mine was for much colder weather.
