On the left there is a dog care salon but on the right is it an hair salon? The tables and chairs outside fit more for a candy store as you mentionned in your comment. Well, I just check my dictionnary about the meaning of "grooming"...

Think twice at the price, I hear having a pampered pooch isn't a bargain either.

The colour is fantastic, and I agree with kerfendal, it does seem like a scene from a movie.

i guess you pay for the experience, it might be expensive, but you pay for the whole thing, the image of the salon, the simpathy, the treatment, i think at least once in our life we should cut our head in a place like that, just for the experience.
