@António Pires: : (from Ronnie) That's a good question ! They put that notice there because someone took the extinguisher down to prop open a fire door in hot weather . . yup, there are such people.

I actually spent some time staring at this image yesterday... and fell asleep. It must have been that soft light and warm colors.... and not enough sleep.
My first thought was that in this strange world someone will read that sign and NOT remove the extinguisher unless the add the words "only in case of fire"
I see small lettering but want to assume it says Fire Marshall.
Same principal as do not use hair dryer in bathtub.
Great piece of work to make my mind ramble.
