I wonder how much is the reward... if it's more than $15... it's worth buying it and make a profit... a win-win situation for all... the original owner gets it back, the guy selling it makes a bit of a profit and the own buying it and returning it to the original owner for the reward ;-) LOL!

There are people who use everything. Some people even steal bike racks, which are fixed on the ground, along with the bike, which is secured on it. There are objects that disappear in an inexplicable way, at some point by itself. It is unfortunate and sad that it is so. It was again very interesting on your page.
