Mahmoodi from Kerman, IranSome things get lost when they do anything to object to find out 6 Feb 2012 6:14am Christine from Ellemford, United KingdomThere must be a mountain of single socks some where 6 Feb 2012 7:41am Monique from Koh Samui, ThailandThe mystery of the missing sock, I'm familiar with that because my washing machine keeps eating half of the pair ;) Lilly, don't forget to put waterproof posters outside :) 6 Feb 2012 8:16am Veronique from France, SwitzerlandWith all the orphan socks round the town you're not sure to find yours 6 Feb 2012 8:36am CElliottUK from Reading, United KingdomIn a llittle read Coda to Darwin's "Origin of the Species", he reminds us that evolution isn't done only by the birds and bees. It's also done by socks. Given the right conditions(Sock drawer overcrowding, or particularly smelly feet), the socks morph into wire coat hangers. This amazing transition, which is similar to that used by butterflies, is very rarely seen, but the intermediate cocoons are sometimes mis-interpreted as dust-bunnies. The only way to stop the transition is to wash your feet more often, and sort out your sock drawer 6 Feb 2012 9:28am @CElliottUK: Ha ha ha. This gave me a great laugh today! Thank you!
