How do you recognize the residents from the non-residents in the rubbish area?

I see that Slough borough council have invested in the new signs on the right, and that reading borough council have finally invested in the new, greatly enlarged corporation tip on the left

Two words keep standing out for me.............sink, estate.
Sounds like a lot of London, please tell me you don't live in this rubbish area Ronnie.

I think Lilly has crossed the line into mean comments. Ronnie may have a lot of rubbish, but he doesn't live in the rubbish bin! Maybe I'm taking this too seriously......................
