Sorry, I don't get the punch ... tried Google translate but it comes up with something very strange ;) And don't think Pierrots have got red noses Ronnie!
1 Oct 2009 2:48pm
@Monique: You are so right, Monique. The joke is firmly on me for getting my Pierrots mixed up with my Clowns. (red-faced Ronnie)
Oh! Don't you have a zither, Ronnie? Such a common musical instrument these days.
I'm shocked! Shocked that you have no zither... ;-)
1 Oct 2009 2:59pm
:-) So clever. I enjoyed this one very much--going back and forth looking at each side. That little figure is so adorable and the red makes it even more so. I'm smiling, as I always do when viewing this excellent blog.

Is this Alonso, the Zither-playing clown? Don't worry, he's not imitable. :o)
1 Oct 2009 5:47pm
Oh don't hold up things because of the zither. But Ronnie, you are already making a mess of things.
The little clown figure looks collectible, I like it.
Thanks for the humor!

I think we all want to see Ronnie dressed as a clown. :)
1 Oct 2009 8:21pm
Such small fingerprints you have! :-) This is reminiscent of my college days and wearing the orange and blue paint on my face. Thanks for the memories.
1 Oct 2009 9:29pm
@Steven: hee hee . . yes, I was puzzled by how small those prints came out - they are about half the size of what I'd give to the Police Department ! (Ronnie)
I think we still want to see you as a clown Ronnie - even if you don't have a zither (can I say that on the Internet?)......

Great composition, like the two side-by-side images. Interesting red effect and with the clown too.
2 Oct 2009 2:06am
Why would anyone associate Ronnie with a clown? [honk honk : ] best...jerry
2 Oct 2009 2:09am
A zithering clown doesn't sound like all that much fun anyway!
2 Oct 2009 2:34am

2 Oct 2009 5:42am
Just love it lol! The nose match is perfect, and will tune in again soon to see if the zither arrives. :)
2 Oct 2009 6:09am
My english isn't that good that I can understand the subtle humor here I'm afraid (dunno what at zither is), anyway I love the tones and your compo; very harmonious and pleasant, it's cool too to sometimes focus only on the image and I don't feel that frustrated since it's a real nice one (love how red & blonde work here)

@k@: We love you to visit whatever message you take away, Karine. If I tried to explain the 'joke', Lilly would probably tell me I got it wrong and that's not how she saw it at all . . .lol . .
Lol...great combo, love the red nose.

@Mj007: No probs . . thanks for the Visit, Mj (Ronnie)
Good evening .....
I do not understand the joke, but like the clown a lot. I love clowns. Although they make fun profound, but are in reality intrinsically very sad. Your idea is good and encourages to think of. Best regards Christel

@Christel: hee hee . . thank you for your visit and Comment, Christel. The joke is always on me whatever it is, so, never to worry ! (Ronnie)

Very nice and unique. It really like the pairing of the clown and the paint. It is a great combination of still lifes.
3 Oct 2009 2:45pm
Well... I think it is not a bad match! :)
3 Oct 2009 6:09pm
Zither eh? I guess I am one of those who don't get it either. I'm such a party pooper. LOL! I am giggling and I don't know why, so I guess you got me! : )
3 Oct 2009 6:49pm
@Dawn: hee hee . . giggling is good - believe me ! (Ronnie)
I can't say that I get the joke, but now you have to give us a picture with you and that red nose :)
3 Oct 2009 10:04pm
