Lilly, you found the clue for not having politicians that are noisy, messy and very greedy.

A bad reputation?? But they have so many uses... http://www.comedy.co.uk/guide/tv/qi/episodes/7/2/

That Canadian goose will know where to return next time. Only he may spread word to other geese where to go. The one thing I like about the geese are their "V" formations as they fly in the sky....until something hits me in the eye. You have great modeling hands. ;-)

I recognize this interested glimpse very well! If you don't give enough, they will brusquely demand more. :-)

Maybe a bad reputation but they look so beautiful in flight. Excellent shot, love the dark details.

Lilly is right: I have some similar to hers and they are very quiet :))

That goose would like to eat your bread. I think the male of white geese that we can see in some farms are like dogs. If you are a stranger you could have hard time especially there size is much bigger than the one on your picture. Nice dialog :)

I don't want my goose cooked so I'll swan off and duck out of this one even if it means I get the bird and have to do cold turkey

Nice composition, concept, execution!! I'm with Ronnie on this one.

funny idea and nice composition! but something looks strange - lots of blur on the ground(?) maby some cloning been going on? (or am I wrong)
7 Feb 2010 7:51am
@minimodi: We often take one shot first (Ronnie's in this case) and the other shot to match it (Lilly's). Ronnie had his shot in the grass, and Lilly's was taken on a white board and then cut out and placed into Ronnie's shot. So yes, some cloning was done to add grass. Remember, we are 4000 miles apart when we do this!!
Good evening, Lilly and Ronnie,
Geese are the best guardians of a court. They are, so to speak, the farm dogs with wings. Report any unannounced intrusions and changes, with a loud cackle. I wish you a pleasant evening.
Dear greetings Christel

I think that goose is looking behind the bread at those tasty fingers. He looks quite healthy. Now how do we know if Lillies goose didn't migrate that 4000 miles. Maybe you two are just trying to fool us, could that possibly be.
That is a cuddly goose Lillies has.
Great work again.

@Barbara: Thanks, Barbara. This seemed a simple idea before I started photographing the geese . . they are not known for showing much respect, are they ? But, I survived with just one nip from a goose and a coot untying my bootlace ! (Ronnie)
Poor geese...they do have a bad reputation. I've found that they're just fine if you don't get in their way...similar to most creatures. :)

I prefer my geese stuffed. Fun composition and as always great dialogue
8 Feb 2010 11:42pm
well, if Lilly's goose gets messy, all she has to do it throw it in the wash! happy ST!

A pet duck that makes no noise and does not eat anything, very interesting ... :)

10 Feb 2010 7:02pm
Greedy? Wow, Minimodi has a better eye than me....I know how you make your images and even after reading your response I still don't find the cloning obvious.
