Lilly : How you coping at work with all the hot weather ?
Ronnie : Not too good - Boss-Woman has moved my desk outside among the flies.
Lilly : You need a fly-trap . . but that may encourage other vermin if she's put you in infested scrub.

11 Jun 2012 7:44am
@Jean-Luc T.: Ressemble plus à l'administration pénitentiaire en vertu du présent Boss. (Ronnie)
I'm getting itchy all over looking at your working place ........... ;-))
What did you do to your boss to deserve this??
11 Jun 2012 7:50am
@Ellebelle: I made her a coffee. No more than that, Ellebelle. (Ronnie Excluded)

11 Jun 2012 8:53am
@Curly: Yes. It has pretty flowers all over it, Curly. I'd rather get wet. (Ronnie Outside)
Surely some mistake Ronnie, as far as I am aware there are no flies on you, though I can see you might be rather nettled by the situation
11 Jun 2012 9:31am
@grouser: They've sprayed me with something, Grouser. A familiar smell but I cannot quite put a name to it. (Sniffy)
You should probably be careful where you put your elbows, Ronnie!
11 Jun 2012 9:41am
@Julie L. Brown: Too late, Julie . . and my shoes are eaten thru . . (Ronnie)
Die Idee ist doch nicht schlecht, das Büro mal an der der frischen Luft zu verlagern.
Aber die Fiegen würden mich stören.
11 Jun 2012 9:46am
@Heinz: Ja, die Idee war gut ! (Ronnie)
now you can enjoy working in the fresh air, how great it is...
11 Jun 2012 9:51am
@yz: . . cough . .
If it were only the flies....but I heard there are red foxes living in Greater London! Saw them on TV (because of the Jubillee), quite cute and noisy-at-night, they might be good companions to you, sleeping during the day close to your desk, you can tell them stories....
11 Jun 2012 9:56am
@Japanalia: What a sweet picture they have painted you of my home town, Gabriela ! Yes, I do have urban foxes but they are mangy and viscous . . much like the folk that live here ! (Ronnie)
All you need, Ronnie, is love... sorry, I was thinking in a song,... a new Boss-Woman... in fact it isn't so different.
11 Jun 2012 10:14am
Today an image that overwhelms the spirit ... nettles, flies and a space for the most decadent ... So you can not work at all. Impossible to think ... Your text explains it very well ... Thank you very much for making me laugh again dear friend. Memories flies ... nooooo! Lilly! poor girl as she suffered ... Best regards, Adela
11 Jun 2012 10:30am
11 Jun 2012 11:42am
Ooohh! Not Good, Not good at all, Ronnie. But then, perhaps we should look on the bright side: You're outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine...who cares if the temp is 34C! And, really, could those pesky flies be any worse than the boss andthose idiotic co-workers (especially that old guy in the end of the hall who smells like an empty can of tomato soup)! Yah, that's right - look on the bright side! :-)
11 Jun 2012 11:54am
@Denny Jump Photo: You've lifted my day, Denny - and the rain here has sure kept the flies down, too ! (Ronnie)
and you're complaining about flies Ronnie ? I think that the worst is that it looks like you're just sitting in the middle of nettles ! Poor Ronnie ! May be you can take them to make some nettle manure for your garden?
11 Jun 2012 12:25pm
@NicoleA: . . or nettle wine, Nicole ?! "The sting is in the plant, not the wine", so it says. (Ronnie)
I think I'd like an outdoor office like that - :-)! Except - of course - for the flies....
11 Jun 2012 12:39pm
@Marcie: . . zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzop . .
LOL....an office with a view! Well done Ronnie! ;-))
11 Jun 2012 1:26pm
Normally we love being outdoors. Here the line is drawn about too much "outdoor" that makes someone yell, "bring out the machete!"
11 Jun 2012 1:40pm
:-) ...What a great place for working !!
11 Jun 2012 1:58pm
La preuve est là,quand on voit ce bureau, c'est évident, les américains travaillent moins que les français ... The prove is there, when we see you desk, we know than américain people work less than french people... :)
@Nathanael: ha ha . . I dare not try respond ! (Ronnie)
Oh no... is this a lateral move or a demotion, Ronnie?
11 Jun 2012 2:23pm
@Rick: A colleague has suggested that the demotion will set in only once it rains, Rick. (Ronnie)
Oh poor Ronnie, if you have a good reason that you must cling to this 'job', the only thing I could say to make you feel better is: "Think positive - you can't be worse off!" (PS. I'm gonna give my boss a hug first thing tomorrow morning!)
11 Jun 2012 2:45pm
@hugo poon: I doubt I should go hug my boss-woman until I've been dusted over with the insect repellant. But thanks for the idea, Hugo. (Ronnie)
Your office in nature, it's heaven :) Good day.
11 Jun 2012 3:36pm
nice place to lovely sitting
11 Jun 2012 4:12pm
shame on Boss-Woman
11 Jun 2012 4:37pm
According to me you have more burden of nettles out there.
Great idea and nice composition.
11 Jun 2012 5:24pm
ha, ha ... but honestly, i'd prefer the odd fly to those nettles ... they have a mean sting ;-))
11 Jun 2012 5:36pm
I guess the Boss Lady is not worried you will "fly" the coop, by setting you up outdoors. I have also heard you can catch more flies with honey...maybe a Boss Lady too.
11 Jun 2012 6:24pm
bon je n'ai rien compris sur le sac mais je vois un bureau en pleine air....où je m'y vois bien étudier la nature
11 Jun 2012 6:45pm
Always preforming such creative shots blended in sweet sense of humor, bravo to both of you !
11 Jun 2012 7:10pm
il vas etre temps de passer la tondeuse :=))))
11 Jun 2012 7:17pm
Well... for a huge amount of flies then ;) I won't eat my sandwich there :))) Great composition ! Have a lovely day :)
11 Jun 2012 7:56pm
Nice image. I really did not like to do yard work, so poor Ronnie...
11 Jun 2012 7:59pm
At least you have a window! This was very funny! I always look forward to Monday and Thursday!
11 Jun 2012 8:14pm
@Elaine Hancock: Thanks, Elaine - we love sharing the fun, too ! (Lilly and Ronnie)
are you a healer or a doctor, ronnie?
because your desk stands in the middle of a pharmacy? :-))
11 Jun 2012 10:25pm
Maybe, there'll be blackberries, later in the summer, to nibble on.
12 Jun 2012 12:14am
@Steve Rice: I am so lucky to be among friends that care. Thank you, Steve. (Ronnie)
Now I don't feel so bad about my working conditions! ;-)
12 Jun 2012 1:37am
@Steven: I was itching to see a plus side to it all - thanks for letting me know, Steve. (Ronnie)
Poor Ronnie, but think about the good side, you are working in nature with nature... good luck...
12 Jun 2012 1:52am
@Sue-Ann: I was so busy checking the exclusions on my medical insurance that I'd overlooked that definite advantage, Sue-Ann ! (Ronnie)
12 Jun 2012 3:37am
More than 10.000 moscas! An incredible bag!
12 Jun 2012 4:14am
@Paco Díaz: Just my luck they will all revive and escape as I have my lunch there ! (Ronnie)
Il n'y aura pas de mouche ! Je te souhaite une agréable journée
12 Jun 2012 7:21am
this is a secret garden :))
12 Jun 2012 7:28am
@Goddess ☼ Ƹl¡: Just me and the mozzies, G'dess ! (Ronnie)
Oh dear Ronnie been sent out to coventry perhaps
12 Jun 2012 8:04am
@kiwisa: I've been sent there so often, I'd been thinking of getting a little place up in Coventry. (You had me researching the origins of that phrase - the wonders of the Web !) (Ronnie-Informed)
Quite a lot of nettles there Ronnie, keep those hands well within the workspace (H & S).
12 Jun 2012 9:05am
@Daryl Johnson: A little guy from 'Preservation' came round last Thursday and declared these to be 'rare nettles' and stapled a K179 Flora Protection Notice to that effect on my desk. (Ronnie)
lilly oh, ronnie is right, they are always right,
12 Jun 2012 9:31am
I've heard that office space in London is very expensive, so your new 'Open Air' office might catch on Ronnie.... did you get a patent yet ? As for Lilly's fly bag, that could be a real winner, recycling the contents into 'Chelsea Buns' should give her a good profit...!
12 Jun 2012 9:45am
@Michael Fresh: I can tell from that advice that you have green credentials, Mike. (Ronnie)
Ah a desk in the green, i'd love that but 1° it's rainy here in Paris (awfully but good to increase the green) and 2° i hate flies. But your image increases the grin, thanks !
12 Jun 2012 10:00am
look on bright side - empty desk & no phone - put your feet up and kick back.
12 Jun 2012 11:28am
@Jules: Sounds like the way to go - I should think positive ! (Ronnie)
cool. good idea. We need a lot of these in Australia !
12 Jun 2012 1:01pm
@Craig: Flies or nettles ? I can ship either or both, Craig ! (Ronnie)
Poor Ronnie! His life takes some amazing turns! Although he may like it in the scrub!
12 Jun 2012 2:27pm
A very funny situation, poor Ronnie, you have really bad luck.
12 Jun 2012 2:54pm
Haha, that's an unfortunate spot for a desk... but a least your office has a view from every angle :-)
13 Jun 2012 2:34am
Have a lovely day :)
13 Jun 2012 5:14am
@Shaahin Bahremand: Thanks, Shaahin. (Ronnie)
Rejected table seems to waiting for refurbishment, yes you Ronnie get it ready yet!:))Haleja Lilly and you!
13 Jun 2012 6:50am
Ohhhhhh... prend une casquette pour le soleil ..ou un imperméable pour la pluie !
Pauvre de toi !...:))
13 Jun 2012 7:01am
@tataray: Peut-être un 'corporate' unbrella ? ! (Ronnie)
I think that Lucy Toogreen (Boss Woman) has gone a bit far in her "Bringing nature into the office" campaign, that said, using an empty plastic bag that you run after the flies with has the double benefit of being very eco, as well as ensuring that everyone gets their 5 mile run each day.
13 Jun 2012 7:55am
@CElliottUK: For a churning moment, I thought you were going to say '5-vitamins-a-day' - those flies can be so gritty and often bitter to the taste. (Ronnie)
belle trouvaille ... juste où mettre les pieds !
13 Jun 2012 8:08am
@Sylvie49 capture image: Chaque pied dans un sac en plastique est le meilleur ! (R)
Now that's a great find!
13 Jun 2012 8:11am
You are even sicker than me-well done! A rare accolade!!
13 Jun 2012 9:15am
@CElliottUK: I gotta be good at something, Grouser. (Ronnie)
hahaha !! génialissime!! j'adore+++++
13 Jun 2012 9:18am
Wonderful detail, beautiful shot.
13 Jun 2012 9:38am
Looks a tuff place to work
13 Jun 2012 3:10pm
13 Jun 2012 5:13pm
A dreamy desk office Ron. If only mine could be the same. Much better than beeing surrounded with concrete dear.
13 Jun 2012 6:56pm
haha who can sit there
13 Jun 2012 7:04pm
Haha, that's funny ... I know someone who has an office chair just like that! Great photos to tell your story!
13 Jun 2012 8:56pm
Lilly - that bag of disposable fly trap is thoughtful and supportive... now what did Ronnie do to deserve such 'sustainable & green' office space, lol!
well composed! (note to ronnie: maybe you need an attitude/behavior adjustment - just teasing, lol!)
14 Jun 2012 1:08am
@Photographs by M.E.: I did get called in for assessment but the tests showed up no response, sadly. (Ronnie)
You could catch some serious flies with that bag! Funny script and photo.
14 Jun 2012 1:09am
I guess it has been a while someone sat on that chair
18 Jun 2012 6:56pm
Super ce collage...J'adore!
21 Jun 2012 7:15am
If you lived here in Pennsylvania, Ronnie, you would worry about tics.
22 Jun 2012 10:26pm
@Anita: Tics don't sound too good, Anita . . guess I'll stay close to home ! (Ronnie)
