Lilly : I really like to do my shopping late - when it is quieter.
Ronnie : Oh, yes, much more relaxing, I agree . .
Lilly : Ronnie, just how late was that ? - was the shop still open ? I see the bottle is.

That looks like a great way to shop. Late night or not! I could go for that. Also so convenient to choose the twist off cap! I will have to remember to put a glass in my purse. You just think of everything Ronnie!
15 May 2014 4:05pm
@Elaine Hancock: Oh, he's good at thinking of things - it is the remembering that gives him problems. Elaine ( from Lilly )
15 May 2014 4:19pm

15 May 2014 4:32pm
@Ainsley: Sounds a good plan - all I gotta do its try remember it after the first bottle ! (Ronnie)
Lilly I am sorry Ronnie keeps confusing your intent. His idea of shopping is very different than mine. Drink and go, seems to be his slogan. Take that however you please. ;-)
15 May 2014 4:38pm
Creative and excellent dialogue accompanied a thoughtful composition!. You made me laugh with desire!
15 May 2014 5:18pm

I hate grocery shopping, it seems like such a waste of time when I just have to do the same thing again next week. Now Ronnie has solved my problem, this is going to be my new look at my local supermarket:0 5***** for this inspiration.
15 May 2014 8:40pm

@Anita: Thank you - there were a lot of seams in this one I remember ! Have a good weekend, Anita. (Ronnie)
You jump to a conclusion, Ronnie. Perhaps Lilly was there to buy a half-bottle of wine.
16 May 2014 3:10am
Someone is tipsy already before going to the store.

16 May 2014 7:56am
(Ronnie)
I do like to shop when the crowds are not around but nowadays the 24hr supermarkets make it more difficult when they restock the aisles and have umpteen delivery cages blocking access to the very shelves you are trying to get to. Next time I will take a bottle opener & glass with me and see if that helps!!!
16 May 2014 9:02am
There are currently spoiled for choice, but we must have a clear mind!
16 May 2014 12:39pm
Late shop. Quick drink.:-)
16 May 2014 1:43pm
great humor, I saw a lot of that kind in the States, people eating what they are buying right on the spot.
16 May 2014 2:29pm
@Sue-Ann: Yes, when challenged, they say they will present to label at the checkout . . yeah, sure ! (Ronnie)
16 May 2014 3:47pm

16 May 2014 3:53pm

16 May 2014 8:23pm
@curieuzeneuzemosterdpot: Such are the burdens of life . . (Ronnie)
Ronnie... I agree with Lilly from the first sight.. I thought.. Ronnie is the owner of the supermarket, since he's there when it's closed... Congratulations !! ;-)
16 May 2014 9:44pm
16 May 2014 10:44pm

bon weekend Ronnie ;)
17 May 2014 7:13am
@Kat: Le week-end - profitez-en! (Ronnie)
Thanks for teaching me the joy of shopping late. I'll go shopping to liquor shop, maybe tonight at twelve o'clock, and, yes, I have to bring a wine opener !
17 May 2014 8:10am
@Hiro: Yes, an opener gives you more choice of samples - I was restricted to the screw caps ! (Ronnie)
17 May 2014 9:39am
@maedeh ashrafi: Thank you.
Fantastic idea and photo.
17 May 2014 4:48pm

@Michael Rawluk: Cheers ! (Ronnie)
18 May 2014 6:51am
(Ronnie)
Do you shop there EVERY evening, after work, Ronnie? I'm amazed you chose a bottle of wine and not some whisky (being British and not French!)...I'd ALWAYS choose wine....if I could still drink....Ah, those were the good days!
18 May 2014 7:02am
@Japanalia: I've never tasted whiskey nor any other spirits and have tasted only three cups of tea but usually have wine with a meal. And water - I keep S. Pellegrino in business, I think ! (Purified Ronnie)
at least you only have a basket. A trolley could be a disaster
18 May 2014 2:52pm
OK, forget about pub crawls and let's start a new trend : wine crawls in closed supermarkets late at night ! :D
18 May 2014 3:49pm
@Lulette: Isle crawls ! Let's all meet up around Grouser's trolly/cart ! (Ronnie)
I love the composition of this shot, so creative!

20 May 2014 6:21pm

20 May 2014 6:23pm
@k@: . . I knoe the feelinz ! Have a good week, Karine. (R)
Oh boy... that doesn't look good. My mother taught me that never open a candy paper in the market - and I have remembed that. She didn't talk anything about wine bottles but I never open a bottle in the alcohol store.
21 May 2014 9:03am
@Marilla: Y'know, I do believe I was told something like that myself by my mother - looking around, it does not seem to be said much today. (Ronnie)
Extraordinaria toma. Interesante toma
21 May 2014 9:22pm
( from Lilly and Ronnie )
LOL .... PERFECT .
