@omid: Thanks, Omid - have a good week !
I do hope your little pet spider does not bite Ronnie. Have a great day and good week.
19 Sep 2016 8:07am
@Frances: I suspect the spider is more worried about being bitten by Ronnie. ( from Lilly )
A very nice composition...!
19 Sep 2016 8:28am
Could be a fatal attraction. You wouldnt want either of them to fall down your neck!
19 Sep 2016 9:19am
@Brockaly: . . just the thought of it !
Eeeek, me too .........................................bye!
19 Sep 2016 9:32am
19 Sep 2016 10:13am
I am in this with Lilly I am OFF...fleeing; bolting ; vanishing ; on a rocket to the moon ; or even on a mission to the Lost City of Atlantis:))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))):)))
19 Sep 2016 10:19am
Plant and animal protrusions together ;-0
19 Sep 2016 11:10am
Smaller spiders are OK for me, but, sorry, I prefer Lilly's one.
19 Sep 2016 11:24am
That spider could spin some interesting webs around this pine cone's radiating scales. :-)
19 Sep 2016 11:46am
@Steven: Ah, yes, so many different outcomes !
But still a nice result.
19 Sep 2016 2:04pm
19 Sep 2016 3:14pm
@helys: Glad you said that - we tried so many different shadow effects and went for this one ! (Ronnie)
Quelle pive brune et comme une mygale qui arrive superbe.
19 Sep 2016 4:26pm
Run, Lilly, Run. Don't let the Pine Cone be a "Sap" for this ploy!!
19 Sep 2016 4:34pm
I see you are getting ready for Halloween, RONNIE. With that "on hand" do not expect any visitors.
19 Sep 2016 4:52pm
@Ruthiebear: Strangely enough, visitors to my home are rare . . (Ronnie)
Nice compo with the shadows!
19 Sep 2016 5:06pm
Halloween will be here before you know it.
19 Sep 2016 5:16pm
An art lesson. Nature is a work of art in itself. An irony funny as ever. You are only to make us smile! A hug and thank you very much friends! HUGS!!!
19 Sep 2016 6:31pm
@Adela Fonts: And thank you, Adela.
Très belle compo et super les ombres!
19 Sep 2016 7:54pm
@Mamyni: Merci - nous avons travaillé dur sur ces ombres! (L & R)
The nature always surprise us but I prefer the pine cone :) Superb work !!!
19 Sep 2016 8:17pm
no, that's not the most attractive item! ;-)))
beautifully composed, ronnie!
19 Sep 2016 8:18pm
My daughter and I also had a fun weekend dipping spiders in tar; what's not to like?
19 Sep 2016 8:25pm
Even the spider shadows creep me out.
20 Sep 2016 1:25am
Ronnie, I'm appalled. Lily brings a 100% natural pine cone and you respond with a plastic spider. I'm sure she would be much more receptive to one of Mother Nature's creatures like real spider or a toad or snake.
20 Sep 2016 3:03am
@Harry: Toads and snakes are Ronnie's close relations, Harry. ( from Lilly )
Ronnie must aspire to be a presence on the World Wide Web.
20 Sep 2016 3:35am
@B. Thomas: Oh, yes, nice one !!
I with you Lily - not even a glittering spider could entice me to stay.
20 Sep 2016 5:00am
20 Sep 2016 7:00am
Ah....I'am gone too...Superb composition .
20 Sep 2016 7:49am
The shapes are quite similar so why on earth get people scared of a spider and not of a pine cone?
20 Sep 2016 8:12am
@Ellebelle: Perhaps there's a distant memory that pine cones carry a poisonous bite . . (Ronnie)
Always a web of intrigue at your home, Ronnie!
20 Sep 2016 10:30am
I've first thought that Lily was talking about Arlo's coat stand !
But I agree with you, Lily : let Ronnie play with his toy and light a nice fire in the grate :-)
20 Sep 2016 12:48pm
The contrast is very attractive. Ronnie has a good thing to hand off if anyone wants a crawling spider.
20 Sep 2016 2:37pm
Wonderful image. Excellent composition.
20 Sep 2016 2:56pm
An intersting image !
20 Sep 2016 2:59pm
I'm outta here, too!
20 Sep 2016 3:29pm
The shadows make a real contribution to the story here! Wonderful image!
20 Sep 2016 3:32pm
Although I do like pine cones.... and the one in the photo is a beaut.... but spiders are really quite entertaining..... they spin intricate webs, dangle from ceilings etc. and they're definitely handy to have around to keep smaller bugs under control..... quite photogenic too! It's those big plastic ones that kids toss on your lap without warning..... scares me to death!!! :)
20 Sep 2016 7:40pm
@Carol: Big smiles . . love how you have spun that ! Thankyou. (Ronnie)
The spider shadow is more attractive.
20 Sep 2016 9:24pm
@fateme@@: Thanks for that - we tried several times to get that shadow 'right' . . can be elusive ! (Ronnie)
I like the idea and the story.
21 Sep 2016 8:43am
J'aurais plutôt une petite répulsion pour les arachnides ;) @++
21 Sep 2016 11:04am
Amazing shapes ! Nature makes wonders! I don't mind small spiders, and love pine cones!
21 Sep 2016 3:01pm
21 Sep 2016 3:43pm
Be creative everyday.
21 Sep 2016 7:51pm
@Ana Lúcia: Thank you for your kindness. (R)
I do not like spiders.
The pine cone is more appealing !
22 Sep 2016 2:33am
@Irene: Irene, I don't think spiders want us to like them, somehow. ( from Lilly )
Two stories in a photo.
I like spiders.
22 Sep 2016 4:50am
@delaram: A friend at last ! (Ronnie)
Il faut encore essayer
22 Sep 2016 8:32am
I think I just broke my screen trying to crush it...
22 Sep 2016 11:05am
In the shadow world flora and fauna can look very similar.
22 Sep 2016 12:55pm
@Lewis: haha . . they are tough to crush ! (Ronnie)
Beautiful idea Ronnie.
22 Sep 2016 3:27pm

(Ronnie)
The combination of these two elements with different materials, but very spectacular form is identical,
Very professional and artistic ronnie!BRAVO to you!
23 Sep 2016 4:27pm
@mohammad: Thankyou !
Not quite sure if the saying goes like this - "one man's meat is another man's poison"......
23 Sep 2016 9:18pm
@Lai Chan See: That is exactly how the saying goes ! Thankyou.
Belle composition avec ce beau jeu d'ombres et de lumière!
24 Sep 2016 7:18am
@mo.langel: Merci - avoir un bon week-end. (L&R)
Spider phobia ! :)
24 Sep 2016 8:06am
:) September is the month when the big spiders of this typeenter to warm themselves in houses… and sometimes in the evening a shadow passes as on this photo where it seems so alive !
24 Sep 2016 1:01pm
@Kiki: Ah, yes . . some folks keep horse chestnuts in their homes to ward off the spiders / / not sure if that works ! (Ronnie)
The spider shadow is great.
24 Sep 2016 4:03pm
24 Sep 2016 4:48pm
@Olivier: Ah, yes . .
25 Sep 2016 11:42am

25 Sep 2016 2:37pm

25 Sep 2016 5:43pm
@Sam: . . and thank you, Sam. (L&R)
Weaving that tangled web again Ronnie
26 Sep 2016 10:08am
There is no accounting for taste.
27 Sep 2016 11:26am
That's really something :))
18 Feb 2017 1:55pm
@Goddess: . . a friend of mine ! (Ronnie)
