7 Nov 2016 10:55am
It doesn't seem to be used very often ! You should take up painting, it is so enjoyable!
7 Nov 2016 11:08am
That's the way things pan out Ronniie, you cannot brush things aside or they all go down the tube. Very unpalatable
7 Nov 2016 12:13pm
@grouser: I'm lost for words at last ! (R)

7 Nov 2016 12:47pm

Creativity can be a very subjective topic.
7 Nov 2016 12:55pm
True paintbox is never clean Ronnie !
7 Nov 2016 1:20pm
@Tomix: I am encouraged by that advice, Tomix ! (Ronnie)
Are you Kidding? As a retired art teacher, I can tell you - that paint box is just now getting good!
7 Nov 2016 1:34pm
that's mine too
7 Nov 2016 1:43pm
A good and strong response.
7 Nov 2016 1:59pm
Watercolors and oils in the same space is almost a crime Ronnie! You should check that. Let me tell you something ... my paintings are not sorted.
I understand. So are the artists!
Best regards friend's!
7 Nov 2016 2:39pm
Quand la boîte de peinture est propre c'est que l'artiste est en manque d'inspiration et de créativité!
When the paint can is clean is that the artist is looking for inspiration and creativity!
7 Nov 2016 2:59pm
@Jean-Louis Guianvarc'h: Ah, I am heartened by that information ! (R)
Une palette d'artiste quelle vue et image fantastique compo.
7 Nov 2016 3:40pm
@Nicou: Merci - ont une semaine créative !
Ronnie has the paint box lookng the way he wants it. Paint boxes are inherently messy.
7 Nov 2016 4:13pm
Lilly's paintbox brings back memories, especially the top two rows.

7 Nov 2016 4:48pm

Beautiful colors and composition.
7 Nov 2016 5:13pm
It remembers me my father, he was a painter! :)
7 Nov 2016 6:05pm
@Lalena: Yes, paint-boxes often bring back memories like that . . thank you. (Ronnie)
Art is such a personal experience. You each seem to have your own way of being creative. It is not so much about the neatness of your paintbox as it is about the artistic results.
7 Nov 2016 6:33pm
@Ruthiebear: True True
de quoi faire une belle toile ... bonne soirée
7 Nov 2016 6:50pm
Ronnie's paintbox reminds me of the workbench in my garage. The only difference is that's Ronnie's paintbox is much more organized.
7 Nov 2016 7:09pm
I've seen worse ... this looks like from an artist without work or inspiration !!! I think Ronnie is doing a good job here ...
7 Nov 2016 8:12pm
To avoid this kind of mess, I have a simple rule: Don't stop painting until all your paint is used up.
7 Nov 2016 9:21pm
Creativeness lacks organization. My workbench where I do my stained glass is a total mess!
7 Nov 2016 11:40pm
@Elaine Hancock: "Creativeness lacks organization" - I like that ! (Ronnie)
Elle ne sert pas souvent
8 Nov 2016 8:04am

"A clean house is a sign of a wasted life"
8 Nov 2016 11:40am
@Lewis: Words of wisdom for sure ! (R)
8 Nov 2016 5:28pm
The only way to have a clean and unsmudged paintbox is to buy a new one. Asking an artist to keep his paintbox clean is only slightly less insulting than asking him to paint within the lines. (or her, as the case may be).
9 Nov 2016 12:04am
@Harry: Yes, true words all the way there . .
It looks neater than most paintboxes I have seen.
9 Nov 2016 12:12am
9 Nov 2016 6:19am

11 Nov 2016 1:51pm
This image straight away brings out your imagination! Excellent details and tones!
11 Nov 2016 4:11pm
The main concern of a painter should be the painting, not the paint. Like very much this image.
11 Nov 2016 7:01pm
Karine is always right - and I agree...looks good to me!
Besides we have an artist newly elected here - he will bring salvation to us all by way of his interpretive presentations....They shall be called "los Residous del toro"
11 Nov 2016 11:40pm
@Denny Jump Photo: Yes, you have turbulent times ahead . . (Ronnie)
If you are rich you change box of paint in every use !
If you are looked after, you clean completely your brushes and the pallet and kept all very dry !
12 Nov 2016 8:44am
@ceteceva: Sadly, I do not fall into either of those categories ! (Ronnie)

@Laurent: That's true . . always true. (Ronnie)
Ha ha .. your brain or it is better to say your thoughts are very special !
14 Nov 2016 2:08pm
Outstanding presentation. Great way you put the two parts together--seamless.
Isn't this the way a paint box is supposed to look??
22 Nov 2016 12:19pm
@Anita: Thankyou - it is certainly how mine looks ! (Ronnie)
It's more interesting, when it's not clean...
When its clean it's like mine: almost not touched and that's an embarrassment! :D
18 Feb 2017 1:50pm
@Goddess: Yes, long time since I used my paints . . sadly. (Ronnie)
