Lilly : This stethoscope made me wonder if you check your health is holding up ?
Ronnie : No need, Lilly . . I rely on my trusty pedometer to assure me daily.
Lilly : Is that 1,222 miles, yards or just breathless paces ?

28 Oct 2019 8:57am
@Le Krop: Merci - bonne semaine.
You have your own stethoscope ?
Can you hear the heartbeat of the earth ?
If you hear it, you will be healthy from the inside.
Forget the pedometer !
28 Oct 2019 9:41am
@Hiro: ' . . the heartbeat of the Earth . . " I like that ! ( from Lilly )
Walking is best for health and stress, doing well Ronnie.
28 Oct 2019 9:45am
@Willem: I try, I try . .
Health is a precious thing.
28 Oct 2019 10:16am
@Jypyä Pop: Easily lost . . and difficult to get back . .
I think you will find that is the time Lilly. Ronnie does not appear to have moved yet :0
28 Oct 2019 10:27am
@grouser: Still looking for the instructions, G'ser . .
Take care, my friend!
28 Oct 2019 11:16am
Grouser took the words right out of my mouth! At least with Ronnie's pedometer, it's something that encourages action. :-)
28 Oct 2019 11:22am
@Steven: Action !
The Pedometer shall adorn my wall ....ever..
Still looking new as ever..
It will remain there for my Grand or even great grand children .... an heirloom..to be preserved :)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
Got it Lily ?
28 Oct 2019 11:23am
@Devi: Last I heard the battery was flat . . corroded with old age . . ( from Lilly )
Ronnie, I admire how you are always right up there with the latest trends. I use a FitBit to track my steps, exercise, sleep and heart. Lilly, I am glad you encourage Ronnie in all things.
28 Oct 2019 11:42am
Une bonne marche tous les jours permet de maintenir sa bonne santé ;) Bonne journée.
28 Oct 2019 11:48am
@MickaelD: Vrai !
Génail avec le stéthoscope pendu un cabinet de docteur excellent
28 Oct 2019 2:55pm
Ce sera bientôt par internet, sans se déplacer. . .
28 Oct 2019 4:06pm
@Claudiel: Maintenant, il y a une pensée !
I see that many young people wear a watch on their wrist that explains to them every time they go running. A clock that informs them of their state of health. Perhaps the pedometer is more practical than the device that Lylli teaches us. Interesting dialogue as always! Best regards R&L
28 Oct 2019 4:22pm
@Adela Fonts: Yes, there are those 'all-in-one' gadgets . . at a price ! (Ronnie)
28 Oct 2019 4:45pm
Sero steps Ronnie.
You looking only for the time.
Hope that you are in good health.
Another good mix.
28 Oct 2019 5:08pm
28 Oct 2019 5:20pm
You've got the right idea, Ronnie. Just keep on moving.
28 Oct 2019 5:21pm
@Steve Rice: Ah. 'moving' . . I knew there was something I'd forgotten . . (R)
Not sure I like the wallpaper behind the stethoscope ... :-)
28 Oct 2019 6:41pm
@Jean-Luc.M: I'm inclined to agree with you on that ! (R)
La marche c'est très bien pour la santé ...
Profites en bien !...
28 Oct 2019 9:08pm
@tataray: Blague à part, nous deux! (L&R)
The cord is so long on the pedometer that it can go for a walk on it's own while Ronnie stays in his chair.
28 Oct 2019 10:29pm
@B. Thomas: I'm glad you have all recognised it . . I thought it was a badminton racket, at first ! (Ronnie)
My father-in-law was ordered by his doctor to use a pedometer to record his steps. He found that rocking in his chair upped his count. He lived to 92. (That is years, Lilly, since you are concerned with units of measure).
28 Oct 2019 11:32pm
@Harry: A lovely Comment . . thankyou. (L&R)
The stethoscope isn't much good without a blood pressure cuff so keep using that pedometer and measure those steps!
29 Oct 2019 1:17am
@Elaine Hancock: . . 7, 8, 8 . . phew . . (Ronnie)
I just wish both these things stay at rest for ever :)
29 Oct 2019 12:31pm
Lilly has marvelous insight into Ronnie’s inner thoughts. It’s probably paces.
29 Oct 2019 2:46pm
I found the pedometers were confusing in the beginning. I have a FitBit, like Ruthie. My FitBit just eats up the battery on my Note8. It was disconnected from the phone. I don't pay much attention to my FitBit.
29 Oct 2019 11:12pm
@Irene: Yes, they are an acquired taste, I think. (Ronnie)
In any case, do not stress yourself with too many stress measuring instruments!
A step on this page is also healthy :-)
30 Oct 2019 9:18am
@Jaya: Sound advice ! (R)
As you continue to seek the instructions, I can't help but be impressed at how dust free and clean you keep this high tech device.
30 Oct 2019 8:49pm
@Rick: Cleanliness is my creed, Rick. (Ronnie) !!! ( from Lilly )
:) Whichever way, it is good to be llistening to others and to oneself !
31 Oct 2019 1:08pm
Pas de sport à outrance sans surveillance, il faut éviter la crise cardiaque Ronnie !
31 Oct 2019 8:47pm
@yo: J'essaye, j'essaye. . (Ronnie)
Ronnie is a very healthy person. :)
1 Nov 2019 8:51am
@Ana Lúcia: I try, I try . . ! (Ronnie)

Bravo on yours my friend for this art work.
1 Nov 2019 6:59pm
@mohammad: Thankyou. (Ronnie)
Sleep walking is the best exercise for health. ;))))
1 Nov 2019 8:10pm
@omid: I must remember to attach my tether . . (Ronnie)
Old fashioned or modern it is hard to know how to track one's health.
2 Nov 2019 10:21am
IL faut au moins 30 minutes de marche par jour pour garder la forme ;) Bonne journée .
2 Nov 2019 11:26am
@Mickaël D: Ah, I qualify for that for sure ! (Ronnie)
J'aime beaucoup ton histoire du jour . Moi aussi plutôt podometre que stéthoscope !!!
2 Nov 2019 1:32pm
@Libouton Martine: Oui, chemin à parcourir ! (R)
Bien sûr vous 2 !.... :))
2 Nov 2019 5:50pm
Or the time of day... and no progress yet :-) Which reminds me, I must........
2 Nov 2019 11:19pm
@Peter: So much to do . . so little time . . (R)
Le podomètre, comme la bicyclette est bon pour la santé, Ronnie.
3 Nov 2019 10:10pm
And why not both ? Caution is mother of safety says a french proverb :)
12 Nov 2019 1:43pm
